We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect exact appearance
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product availability is not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

By placing an order, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
• Agree to pay the specified price plus applicable taxes and shipping
• Authorize us to process your payment via our payment gateway
• Acknowledge that order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

All online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. By completing a transaction, you also agree to Cashfree's terms and privacy policy available at cashfree.com/tnc. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available — all orders must be paid in full online before dispatch.

Refund limitations: Refunds cannot be processed for transactions older than 120 days from the date of purchase. Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances; all refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, Cashfree will raise a dispute and we will submit evidence of the transaction. Banks typically take 21–45 days to adjudicate chargebacks after evidence is submitted. The disputed amount may be held during this period.

Merchant-initiated cancellations: In rare cases, we may cancel an order if a product becomes out of stock after payment, if we are unable to verify your delivery address, or if there is a pricing or technical error on our platform. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All orders are shipped via Shiprocket courier partners. Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address
• We currently ship within India only
• Perfumes containing alcohol (ethanol-based fragrances) are classified as flammable goods under IATA regulations and are restricted from air transport. Such orders are shipped via surface/ground courier only, which may result in longer delivery times to certain pin codes — typically 5–9 business days.
• Three delivery attempts are made before a shipment is returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO)
• Shiprocket's liability for lost or damaged shipments without add-on insurance is limited to ₹5,000 or the declared order value, whichever is lower

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging with seals intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items
• Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days (actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider)
• Opened or used perfumes, sale items, and personalised products cannot be returned unless defective
• Refunds cannot be processed for transactions older than 120 days from the purchase date

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using automated tools to access our website

• Harassing or threatening other users

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

In no event shall Aromé Luxe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
