Order Cancellation

Before Processing

You can cancel your order for free within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping.

After Processing

Once your order is processed, you'll need to follow our return process to receive a refund.

  3. We'll confirm cancellation and process your refund within 24 hours

Returns Policy

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number (RMA)
  3. Package Items: Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship Items: Use the prepaid return label we provide
  5. Processing: We'll inspect and process your return within 2-3 business days

Important: Refund processing times after we initiate them are determined by Cashfree Payments and your bank or card issuer, and are outside our direct control. Cashfree is an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator and processes all refunds to the original payment method only. Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances. Refunds cannot be processed for transactions older than 120 days from the original purchase date.

Refund Methods

  • All refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout — no exceptions.
  • UPI: Typically 1–3 working days after initiation
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 working days depending on your bank
  • Net Banking: 3–5 working days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be given for:

  • Items with minor damage not caused during shipping
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Restocking fees for large or custom orders

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective items or wrong items delivered. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us to request an exchange
  2. We'll provide an exchange authorization
  3. Ship the item back using our prepaid label
  4. We'll send the replacement item once we receive the returned item

Note: If the replacement item has a higher price, you'll be charged the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference.

  • • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless the product is proven defective or was not what you ordered
  • • Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact; seals must be unbroken
  • • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection
  • • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
  • • We ship within India only; no international orders or returns apply
  • • Misuse of return policy may result in account suspension
