Delivery Overview
Surface Shipping for Perfumes
Ethanol-based perfumes are classified as flammable goods under IATA aviation regulations and cannot be transported by air. All our fragrance orders are shipped via surface (ground) courier only. This may result in longer delivery times — typically 5–9 business days — compared to air-routed products. We partner with Shiprocket to connect you with the best available surface courier for your pin code.

Surface Courier (All Orders)
- • Delivery Time: 3–9 business days (varies by pin code and courier)
- • Cost: As displayed at checkout (free shipping available when enabled)
- • Coverage: Serviceable pin codes across India
- • Tracking: SMS & email updates with AWB number
- • Courier partners: Assigned by Shiprocket based on your pin code (e.g. Shadowfax, Delhivery, Ekart, XpressBees)
- • Liability: Shiprocket's base coverage is up to ₹5,000 per shipment without additional insurance
Express and same-day delivery are not available for perfumes due to air shipping restrictions on flammable goods.

Shipping charges and free shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout and may change based on our current promotions. When free shipping is active, it applies to all serviceable pin codes with no minimum order restriction.

Available upon request. Package will be left at your doorstep with photo confirmation.
Delivery Attempts & RTO
Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) is raised and the shipment is returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO). Forward and return shipping costs on RTO orders are borne by Aromé Luxe; the order amount is refunded to you after we receive the returned package and verify its condition.
Address Changes
Address cannot be changed once order is shipped. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.

Holidays & Festivals
Delivery may be delayed during national holidays and festivals:
